Plain terms for a plain product: a film, bought once, watched here, with a credit against the Masterclass.
A personal licence to watch one film on learn.drband.com, as often as you like, for as long as the portal runs. The film is Dr Bassam Band's working method on one consenting patient, made for medical professionals as educational material. It is not clinical instruction: every treatment decision belongs to the treating clinician.
Access begins the moment payment completes, on the device you bought on, and on any other device you sign in on with the email address you paid with. Because you ask for immediate access to digital content, the fourteen-day cancellation period for distance purchases ends when access begins. If a film is not yet released when you buy it, it appears in your library the day it is released and you are emailed to say so.
Each film purchase carries a code worth £250 against the Band Codex Masterclass, entered at checkout on drband.com/masterclass. The code is single use and personal to the purchaser. One credit is applied per Masterclass booking. The credit has no expiry date at present; if a window is ever introduced it will apply only to films bought after it is announced. Once a credit has been redeemed it cannot be refunded, and a film refunded after its credit has been used is refunded net of the credit.
Refunds are handled by the clinic, by email to info@drband.com from the address you paid with. A refunded film is removed from your library and its credit is cancelled. A duplicate purchase of the same film by the same person is refunded in full.
The film is licensed to you personally. You may not share your sign-in, copy, download, record, screen-capture, re-broadcast, or show the film to others, in whole or in part. Playback is protected and each viewing is logged to the account that watched it. A breach ends the licence without refund.
The films are sold by DR BAND CLINIC LIMITED, registered in England and Wales No. 13170629, registered office 6 Glebe House, Cross Lanes, Guildford GU1 1SX, clinic at 5 Goodge Place, London W1T 4SD. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your email address is used for your receipt, your sign-in links and notices about the films you own, and for nothing else.
